Slitherlink Loop is a calm drawing puzzle. A grid of dots has numbers in some of the squares. Draw lines between the dots to make one closed loop.

A number tells you how many of that square's four sides the loop uses. The loop never crosses itself or branches, and every board has exactly one answer. There are five levels, from a small 5 by 5 board up to a big 10 by 10 one, and no game over.

How to play

  1. Open the game and pick Gentle, Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert. The boards run from 5 by 5 squares up to 10 by 10.
  2. Draw one closed loop along the lines between the dots. Each number says how many sides of its square the loop uses.
  3. The loop never crosses itself or branches. A dot has either no line or exactly two.
  4. Tap between two dots to draw a line, and tap again to clear it. Drag along the dots to draw several at once.
  5. Hold, right-click or use the Cross tool to mark a line you know is not there. A number with too many lines turns red, and a number you have finished turns grey.
  6. Close the whole loop to win. Undo and Hint are there to help, and your game saves as you go. On a keyboard, use the arrows to move, Space to put the pen down, X to cross and U to undo.
