Common questions
The board has no moves left.
Use Shuffle to rearrange the remaining tiles. Not every deal is solvable from every sequence of moves, which is true of mahjong solitaire generally.
I watched an ad and got nothing.
A reward only lands if the ad plays to the end. Closing it early is reported to us as “dismissed” and grants nothing — that is the ad network’s signal, not a choice we make.
My progress disappeared.
Progress is stored on the device. Deleting the app or resetting the phone clears it; there is no account to sync it from.
Can I play without ads?
Yes — the one-time unlock on the purchase screen removes them permanently.
