Block Slide Escape is a sliding block puzzle on a 6 by 6 tray. Blocks of different lengths are packed in, and your job is to free the red block through the gap on the right.

Blocks only slide the long way, so you have to move the others out of the path in the right order. There are 60 levels, and they get harder as you go.

How to play

Open the game and start at level 1. The levels run from Warm up and Easy to Medium, Hard and Expert.
Drag a block along its length. Or tap a block, then tap a free square on its line to slide it there.
A block slides only along its length, never sideways. Blocks that lie across move left and right, and standing ones move up and down.
Slide the red block out through the gap on the right to win.
A move is one block slid, however far it goes. Fewer moves earn more stars.
Undo is free. Tap Hint to see one good move, or Restart to try again. On a keyboard, Tab or Space picks a block, the arrows slide it, U undoes and R restarts.

Tips

Look at what blocks the red block's row first, then ask which blocks are in the way of those.
Undo is free, so try an idea and take it back if it does not work.
Three stars means the fewest moves possible. Solve a level once to learn the path, then try it again for the stars.
