Link Pairs: play a connect the dots path puzzle online free

Link Pairs is a path puzzle. A grid holds pairs of matching dots, and you join each pair with a path. Paths can never cross or share a square.
Here is the twist: when all the paths are drawn, they must fill every square of the grid. There are 12 levels, from a small 4 by 4 board with three pairs up to 9 by 9. Every puzzle has exactly one answer, and there is no way to lose.
Also called: connect the dots puzzle, pair linking puzzle, numberlink puzzle, join the matching dots, link pairs
How to play
- Open the game and play level 1. Levels open in order as you win.
- Press on a dot and drag, square by square, to its matching dot. Or tap a dot, then tap each next square.
- Paths never cross or share a square. If you run over another path, it is cut, and Undo brings it back.
- Drag back along your own path to shorten it. If you had cut another path, backing off puts it back.
- Fill every square so that all the pairs are linked. If the pairs are linked but some squares are empty, the game gives a gentle note and a glow to show you where to look.
- Undo takes back a move, and Hint shows a step, but hints cost stars. On a keyboard, use the arrows to move, Enter or Space to grab a dot, the arrows to draw, U to undo, H for a hint and Esc to let go or pause.
Tips
- Fill the corners first. A corner square has only two neighbors, so the path through it has no choice, which gives you a sure start.
- Hug the edge. A path that runs along a wall leaves the middle open for the others.
- Start with the dots that sit close to a wall or a corner. They have the fewest ways to go.
