Hangman is the word game where you guess a hidden word one letter at a time. This version is gentle. There is no gallows. A smiling balloon holds a little air, and each wrong letter lets out a puff.

The words are simple ones for kids and grown-ups alike: animals, food, nature, home, play, travel and music. Start with short words, and move up to longer ones.

How to play

  1. Open the game and pick a level. Level 1 uses short words and shows the first letter. You can also pick a theme such as Animals or Food, or choose Mix.
  2. Tap a letter to guess it. On a keyboard, just type the letter.
  3. A right letter fills in the word. A wrong letter lets out one puff of air, and the balloon gets smaller.
  4. Find the whole word before the balloon goes flat. If you do, it floats away with confetti.
  5. Stuck? Tap the light bulb for a free letter. Guessing the same letter twice costs nothing.
  6. Clear 3 words at your top level to open the next one. There are 8 levels, and a missed word never takes your progress away.
