Bug Blaster is a shooting game on a lawn. A line of friendly cartoon bugs winds down the screen. At each wall or mushroom it turns down a row and heads back the other way, and you blast it from the bottom.

A bug you hit becomes a mushroom, and if you hit the middle of the line, it splits in two. Clear every bug to clear the wave. Pick Easy, Normal or Hard, and each wave brings a longer line, faster bugs and more mushrooms.

How to play

  1. Open the game and pick Easy, Normal or Hard.
  2. On a phone, drag anywhere and the blaster follows and fires for you. On a computer, move the mouse, or use the arrows or WASD with Space.
  3. Shoot the bugs. A bug you hit turns into a mushroom. If you hit the middle of the line, it splits in two.
  4. Clear every bug to finish the wave, then go on to the next wave. Each wave is a little faster.
  5. Watch for the spider. The closer you shoot it, the more it scores.
  6. You have 5 lives on Easy and 3 on Normal and Hard. If a bug gets you, you lose one, and the bugs start again from the top while you get a short shield. You earn an extra life every few thousand points. Esc or P pauses.

Yes. In Settings you can turn auto fire off. Then hold Space, click or keep a finger down to shoot.
