Common questions
How does the parental gate work?
Hold the button for 3 seconds, then answer a short sum, such as 17 + 6. A wrong answer gives you a new sum. It guards settings, purchases, links, sharing, more games and reminders.
How do I remove the ad, and restore it?
Open the grown-ups area (the small grey gear) and pass the gate. Tap Remove Ads to buy it once through Apple. On a new device, tap Restore there, signed in with the same Apple ID.
What data does the game collect?
No personal information. There are no accounts, no chat and no third-party analytics. Progress stays on the device. The one banner ad is requested as child-directed; see the privacy page for what AdMob may still process.
The course will not load, or the game stalls.
Close the app fully and open it again. Try Lite graphics in the grown-ups area, which helps older devices. If it still fails, email us with your device and iOS version.
My child lost their stars.
Progress is stored on the device. Deleting the app clears it, and there is no account to restore from.
