Monster Truck Crush for Kids: privacy
This page is for parents and carers. Monster Truck Crush for Kids is made for children aged 5 and under. We collect no personal information from children, and the game has no accounts, no chat and no tracking.
What we collect
Nothing personal. There are no accounts, no chat, no sign-in, and no way for a child to give us a name, photo or contact. We run no server that the game talks to, and we use no third-party analytics service.
Progress (stars, paints and stickers) is saved on the device. Deleting the app deletes it.
The one banner ad
The game shows one small banner ad from Google AdMob, in its own strip on the play screen. There are no full-screen ads and no video ads. The banner is requested as child-directed: child-directed treatment is on, ads are non-personalised, and the content rating is capped at G. The game does not ask to track your child, and does not use the advertising identifier.
To deliver the ad and keep it safe, AdMob may still process some technical information: your approximate location worked out from the IP address, the type of device, and diagnostics such as crashes and performance. That goes to Google, not to us. Google describes its rules for children’s apps here: Google’s ads policy for apps directed at children and Families policy requirements. Google’s own Privacy Policy applies to what it handles.
The parental gate
Everything a child should not reach sits behind a parental gate: settings, purchases, links out of the game, sharing, more games and reminders. The gate asks a grown-up to hold a button for a few seconds and then answer a short sum.
Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, bought through Apple behind the parental gate. We never see payment details. Parents can restore the purchase from the same grown-ups area.
Contact, and asking us to delete
We hold nothing about your child, so there is nothing stored with us to show or delete. Data on the device is removed by deleting the app. If you have a question or a concern, or want us to confirm that, email support@handeware.com and a person will answer. For anything Google holds, you can use Google’s own privacy tools.
