Koi Pond is a calm koi fish game you can play free in your browser. You keep koi in five city ponds. You feed them, look after the water, and watch them grow through the seasons.

There is no hurry here. Koi come in many colors, and with time and care you can breed new ones. Each pond follows the weather typical for its city, so every one feels a little different.

How to play

  1. Open the pond and tap the water to feed your koi. Feed only what they finish. Uneaten food spoils the water.
  2. Keep an eye on the water. Change a little water, often, and rinse the filter in pond water. Tap water kills the good bacteria.
  3. Watch your koi. Healthy koi hold their fins open. Pale, slow koi need care. If one gets sick, treat the pond and check the water.
  4. Follow the seasons. Feed lightly as the water warms, a little more in summer, and less in autumn. In winter, koi rest deep down and need very little food.
  5. Spring, warm water and two healthy adults may bring eggs. Raise the fry, and a new color may appear. Every new koi is added to your Koi Book.
