Questions
Are both numbers included?
Yes. From 1 to 10 can give 1, 10 or anything between, each with the same chance.
How does No repeats work?
Each number can come up only once in a pick, so 6 from 1 to 49 gives six different numbers. Ask for more than the range holds and it says so.
Is it truly random?
It uses your browser's secure random number generator, and the range is mapped without bias: draws that would favour some numbers are thrown away and drawn again.
Is the coin flip fair?
Yes. Heads and tails each have exactly half the chance, every flip, whatever came before.
